Solenoid Directional Control Valve for Single and Double Acting Cylinders

Solenoid directional control valve actuates single or double acting cylinders. The valves can be used with most hydraulic pumps.  The poppet-style pumps are designed for zero-leakage and maintain the desired pressure without generating heat.

The 3 and 4 way directional control valves can be mounted to international standard valve sub-plate D03, NG6, and ISO 03.  The D03 valves are available in four styles:

·         3 Position, 4 way

·         2 Position, 3 way

·         2 Position, double 3-way

They are best for applications that require pressure up to 500 psi (340 bar). They integrate well with IDI air-driven liquid pumps. The valves feature O ring seals and backup rings made of polyurethane PTFE.  You can also ask for Viton or EPR instead of polyurethane. Hardened and ground steel has been used in making the poppets and seats. The body is made of aluminum which is non-ferrous metal, thus making it very durable.  The valve is resistant to cold and heat. It is ideal for temperatures ranging from -65° to 225°F.

The device can be ordered for use with four voltage, 12VDC, 24VDC, 115VAC and 230VAC. The light weight valve is an ideal choice for those who want the best quality at a low price.
