Solenoid Directional Control Valve Does Not Generate Heat

Solenoid directional control valve are used for reliable actuation of single or double acting cylinders. These affordable valves are well celebrated and have been used in aerospace projects. The poppet-style valves have zero leakage and can be used with almost all hydraulic pumps to maintain the desired pressures. The hydraulic supply does not consume any energy or generate any heat while functioning. The valves can be mounted to international standard sub plates: D03, NG6, and ISO 03.

You can get the D03 valves in 2 position, 4-way; 3 position, 4-way; and 3-way configurations. They can generate pressures up to 5000 psi (340 bar) and are rated as a more economical choice as compared to other valves. These valves are best used with IDI air-driven liquid pumps.

The valves feature aircraft-grade 7075 T651 aluminum body and heat-treated poppet seats. The lightweight and durable valves can be used for the most demanding applications. They require little or no maintenance and have a long service life. When you are using more than one cylinder, use the solenoid directional control valves made by IDI. They have a slim profile and you can mount multiple valves on a single system.

The solenoid valves fit on standard 4" (101.6mm) centered D03 (NG6, ISO 6) valve pads.  It has a built-in isolation check which makes it perfect for use in applications that call for multiple valves.  The poppet-style valves are ideal for use in power workholding when used with the E, H & P Series liquid pumps made by IDI.

In higher pressure applications, these valves perform better than spool valves. They deliver the liquids faster and are made of high grade materials.  Solenoids valves are available in most voltages and use low amps as compared to others on the market.
